Shipping & Handling
All orders, including Next Day Air Shipping, will be shipped the next business day.
Product shipments are arranged for all customers. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with shipping and handling.
If there are missing or damaged items in your shipment, please leave a message with Elad USA Inc at 312-320-8160 within 5 days upon receipt of your product.
For missing items, a new shipment will be sent to you immediately.
For damaged items, a replacement will be sent to you once the damaged item has been returned to Elad USA Inc. Return Policy
Products must be returned within 10 days upon receipt.
For full refund (excluded shipping costs) any returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition including all cables and accessories.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs. If the non-defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds:Once product is returned, inspected and complies with ELAD USA Inc. Return Policy refund will be processed within 6 working days.

If the product is defective due to customer misuse, we would evaluate at the time of returnWarranty
All Elad USA Inc products have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date. All Elad USA Inc products will be repaired or replaced due to malfunction resulting from no fault of the end user. This warranty covers normal intended usage of the product and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, viruses, unauthorized service parts or the combination of other unauthorized branded products used in conjunction with Elad USA Inc products.
